Tutorial
1. Make a new file and Invert it (ctrl + i) 2. Go to: Filter > Render > Lens Flare Move Prime and do that 3 times. Those lens flares must be in 1 row! 3. Go to: Filter > Distort > Polar coordinates 4. Duplicate your layer (ctrl + j in the layers) 5. Choose blending options in your layer tasks. 6. Click on Gradient Overlay and set the settings like this: Blend mode: overlay Gradient: choose one of your own (this time I used blue orange red green) Reverse: ON! Style: Linear Angle: you can play with it for the best result (133 degrees here) 7. FINISHED! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
